At OnPoint Studios, we kindly ask that you carefully choose your jewellery before completing your purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery items. The only exception to this policy is in the rare event of a manufacturing fault, such as gems falling out of the jewellery or rings not closing properly. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo or video evidence of the fault so that we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. Please note that any claims made after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for review.

1. Jewellery Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, all jewellery sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is present.
2. Faulty Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing issue (such as stones falling out or faulty closures), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photo or video evidence.
3. Proof & Assessment: All reported issues will be reviewed carefully. OnPoint Studios reserves the right to determine whether the fault qualifies for a replacement or refund.
4. No Change-of-Mind Returns: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference. Please check sizes, materials, and styles carefully before purchasing.
5. Custom & Special Orders: Custom-made or pre-ordered jewellery pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective upon arrival.

Deliveries

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the item ordered. Orders may take anywhere from 1–2 weeks up to 3 months to arrive. Some products are stocked within the UK, while others are shipped from outside the EU. Certain items are ready to ship, whereas others are custom-made to order. You have a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase after this period, cancellations or refunds will not be possible. Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. If you’re unsure, we recommend visiting our studio (or your nearest piercing studio) to confirm accurate measurements before making your purchase.
